Can I add a photo or logo to the candy wrapper?

Yes, you can. We will email you a proof of the design with your photo for approval before printing.

Although if it is a professional photo or logo, please provide us with written permission from the owner to use it on your candy wrapper.

How do I send a photo or logo to you?

Please mail it with a piece of cardstock to protect it from bending during delivery. I will return it to you with your order.

Will you send me a proof before shipping?

When the design is completed, it will be emailed to you for approval. Printing will NOT begin until we have approval from you on the design. If there is a rush on the order, you will need to check your email frequently so the order is not held up.

Do you have a printed catalog?

No, we do not. Due to the fact that we are constantly adding new designs, it would be too expensive to keep up with it. Please browse our website for our online catalog.

Can I order wrappers only and wrap my own to save money?

Yes, you can*. We also include the foil to wrap the laminated wrappers and easy to follow wrapping directions. We recommend buying the candy bars at a wholesale club like Sams or Costco and using double sided tape for the laminated wrappers and a glue stick for the enclosed un-laminated wrappers.

*If you want the chocolate bars, you will need to add them separately to the shopping cart and we will wrap them with the wrappers you have selected.

What kind of paper do you use?

For the laminated wrappers, we use premium bright white inkjet paper and for the enclosed wrappers we use high quality matte paper.

I received my proof and want to make changes, is there additional fees for this?

We allow you to make 2 changes to the design* of your wrapper without additional charges. Any additional changes will be subject to a $5 charge each.

*Spelling or date errors are not considered design changes.

What if I notice a mistake on my personalized order when I receive it?

Busy Buds will stand behind our products. If the mistake is on the personalization and it was made on our end, we will replace the order immediately. If the mistake was on the proof and it was approved, then Busy Buds will re-do the order at an additional fee.

What happens if I receive my order and the party was cancelled? I don't need the candy bars anymore.

Due to the personalization the candy bars cannot be re-sold so therefore we will only issue a 50% refund of orders received back in good condition. Shipping is non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping cost to send them back.

When will my order be shipped?

After we receive payment from you, we will prepare your design and email it to you for approval within 48 hours. After approval from you on the design, please allow between 48-72 hours to ship depending on the size of the order. When we send you the proof we will let you know the expected turn-around time. For birth announcements ordered in advance, order will be shipped between 24-48 hours.
